1: Music

I find listening to music with my ANC headphones really helps. The below playlist contains tracks that I've found works be best for me, they're in a certain order, and should be played in the order they're in.

This is known as a "grounding technique", and involves identifying things with all of your senses.

  1. Things you can see.
  2. Things you can feel.
  3. Things you can hear.
  4. Things you can smell.
  5. Thing you can taste.
